BUSINESS
CONSULTATION
AGREEMENT 1)
In
consideration of this Agreement to enlist and use on an exclusive basis the
efforts of Swairah
Web Solutions, hereinafter referred to as
Consultant to secure for ___________________________ hereinafter
referred to as Client the Property described below.
Consultant shall act in the capacity of a Transaction Consultant.
Client does
hereby grant Consultant a period of one year (365) days from this
date, the Exclusive Right and Authority to represent Client in his search
for the Property, described as: _________________________________

In the event Consultant secures a Property which meets Client's criteria and
subsequently results in an offer for Client to purchase said Property,
Consultant will be entitled to negotiate this offer in Client's behalf and receive as
compensation for his efforts any fee that can be successfully negotiated
with the Seller of the said Property. Client
shall be responsible @3% compensation of Consultant, for the efforts . Any
compensation from Seller Side will be credit to the Client towards Consultation
fee. 3)
Client agrees to inform Consultant of all Properties which meets Client's
criteria that have been brought to Client's attention by a third
party as being for sale or that Client may have an interest in purchasing. 4)
(Optional) Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement may be canceled at
any time after the first 180 days of the Agreement term with ten (10) days
written notice to the Consultant
without any obligation and the retainer funds are refundable within one week
after written request or cancellation/expiration of this agreement. 5)
Client and Consultant acknowledge that this Agreement does not guarantee the
location of a suitable Property for Client nor does it guarantee that Client will
purchase Property submitted to him by Consultant that meet his criteria.
There are no other Agreements, promises or understandings between
Consultant and Client, either expressed or implied other than specifically set forth herein.
In connection with any litigation between the parties arising from this
Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred
including reasonable attorney's fees through appeal. Accepted this ___ day of _____________ , 2010
